dissipointed

I have done a 16month course thru college sa,never had problems before.Done my last subject now last month.My problem is when I do my payments to late I receive 2 to 3 calls or emails to remind me about my payments that's late.On the 31st of august a lady called me to asked if I am aware that my course had expired on the 8th of august.Told her that I have spoken to 4 people in that month and no-one had said anithing,and that I have send thru my last assignment on that day,she was suppose to find out stuff but never called me back.Now I found out I need to fill in an extention form spend another R100 to email my assignment with the form.best part is I am still waiting for the form for 2 weeks now.I don't understand what's going on now never had problems before because it was a pleasure to do study thru college sa
