disgusting ingrates
collage sa needs to refund me however this process has almost now taken 2 weeks to get MY MONEY back from them i keep sending emails requesting an update but no reply however today i get a reply at 16h30 that says " please fill in the attached form by the 20th Feb like ***!!!!!
so now they had almost 2 weeks to inform me to complete this form and they send me this ****ty email telling that well clearly if i don't fill in this form i don't get MY MONEY
im done with this drama i will reverse my money i have given you people enough time to resolve this clearly its not getting resolved so thank you ill take it from hear
