,Bad communication ,incorrect information given to submit assignments which now leaves me in a position where I cannot write exams until next year ,To name but 1 issue ,pathetic!!!!

You should have received a call from me today providing you with alternatives relating to your complaint.
As telephonically discussed, we have allowed you to resubmit your assignment 1 and 2 for Engineering Science N2. Your submission need to be sent directly to me by 10:00 am tomorrow morning. Once I have confirmed receipt of your resubmissions, I will hand it over to the lecturer for marking. After the marked assignments are handed back to me by the lecturer, the results will be conveyed to you. Determined by what the outcome of your results are, this will indicate if you will be able to register for the subject, Engineering Science N2 for the upcoming NTC November examinations.
Once again, thank you for alerting us to the problem you were experiencing with College SA. I will be making contact with you in the morning to remind you of your resubmissions.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate you as our student and will do everything we can to serve your needs.
