Diploma to Expert Certificate

in 2014 i registered for a Diploma in Human Resource Management. after completing my studies i was handed an expert certificate in HRM. I've put so much time and energy into my studies i have invested so much money. i had financial difficulties in 2***. no source of income what keeps me going was i had to have something on my name. i still continued i didn't worked and i had to depend on family members for assistance for me it was very important to finished my studies and received my Diploma at the end of the day, only to find out they send me an expert certificate. When i ask several people at College SA regarding that , they said the name has changed to Expert Certificate and it was non- accredited. after I've completed my studies in full. I am so hurt by how they did me wrong its like as if they coned (trick)me to study at their College SA, at the end i had to study at a different institution to start from the beginning in order to have something on my name, because i believe education is key. I've send countless emails hoping i get some valid feedback but nothing i did in 2017 follow up until i decided to do none of it anymore its pointless, i am hoping to get the answers in this regard, what is my way forward, please help!!
