Diploma to Certificate, Money is more important than the correct qualifications

In 2015 I registered for a Diploma course in Production and Operations Management after completing my course in 2017 an Expert Certificate was given to me after investing all my time and money into my studies. I was going through a financial crises in 2016 whereby I had to ask assistance from relatives to help me pay my monthly fees. What keep me pushing was that at the end of my studies that I would receive my Diploma but a certificate was handed over to me and was said that there was a name changing as I was paying the same amount of money of a Diploma. I am so disappointed in the college, Money is more important than the students qualifications.
