Delays from College SA

We joined College SA in 2013 and started in January 2014. My daughter wanted to do her NQF4 in Admin Management. it was explained by the sales rep that she could easily do it in 6 months. As we have discovered now in 2015, it is totally impossible and not because my daughter doesn't work hard, but because the College is deliberately delaying the marking of assignments and assesments for weeks, if not months on end. Every complaint about poor service has been met with robotic explanations of why they have to take months to mark assignments. My daughter wanted to complete her NQF4 by the end of last year, but alas the way that College SA is handling things, she will only complete is at the end of this year. She is depressed and her spirit is broken because College SA finds new ways to delay the processes all the time, even marking things right and then asking for further explanations and essays. This is very frustrating and I would never recommend this College to anyone!
