Delayed arrival of study material😭

The following email is what i got after registration, the course commenced on the 15th of February 2024. It unprofessional to only expect to receive my study material more than 20 days after the registration. I'm intentionally starting off on the wrong foot, I demand more efficiency in your services. I'm sceptical about what to expect in future.

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding your study materials. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the study materials you requested are currently on backorder.

We understand how important it is for you to receive your study material promptly. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to expedite the arrival of the books.

Based on the current information available to us, we expect the materials to be back in stock and ready for shipment by 04.03.2024, we will immediately send them out to you using the shipping method you have chosen.

We understand that this delay may affect your studies and we want to assure you that we are committed to helping you in any way we can. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
