Delay in Assignment Results and NO Feedback.

I am currently studying a certificate course with College SA. This is the second time I am studying with them but this time is leaving me seriously frustrated. <br> <br> Once you submit an assignment, you are supposed to get your results and feedback within 14 working days. All four assignments I have submitted there has been a delay in me getting the results back. The worst part about this is, College SA flat out have not responded to my emails. Of all the emails I have sent I have had one short response. <br> <br> I submitted my first two assignments close together. When I requested my results I was sent one result feedback. The tutor made reference to both assignments so I assumed the marks were for both. I submitted my next two assignments together. When I queried them, I was sent my results for the second assignment! 30 working days after it was submitted! There were also things I my tutor had given me to do which I of course missed! When I queried this I was suddenly sent my next two assignment results with no explanation to the delay. I have sent emails, filled out online forms and even requested a call back. But no one has the decency to get back to me or give me answers.
