I registered with College SA for a course called Digital Literacy, in February. First study material dispatch was on time,then problems began when l wanted my second study material. I spoke to a lady by the name of Nadine who apologized for the delay and promised it was not going to happen again, that was in April. Third study material dispatched was delayed again, that was when l decided to cancel my studies with them and that was in June. A lady by the name of Onyeka sent me the cancellation form which they are supposed to respond to in 21 days. My account kept being debited as it was a debit order system, so l went to my bank and reversed the amounts and set up a stop order. In October l got smses from College SA stating that my account was in arrears, l called them spoke to the financial department asking how do amounts increase during the cancellation period which had long passed and they had not gotten back to me. Now my account was fully paid when l cancelled therefore l do not owe them anything as they claim!!!!Please help Hello Peter as they want me to pay for material l never received!!
