Conned Out

I registered for a 2mnth short course.I was requested to deposit R850 registration fee.Which I did.After 5days I got some welcome material + a certain form to fill & return back.There was no more correspondence.When I sent them an e-mail inquiring about my study material.I got a call that I should pay for R597 for my 1st study material to resume.In that process they sent me a stop order form which I filled.Deductions were done but I got no correspondence regarding the study materials.To make matters worse 2days later they sent me an e-mail stating that it was my last month of study.If I fail to complete the studies I will have to pay for study extensions which in some cases they may not be offered/available.How is this so when I haven't received any study yet.I have tried invain to reach them but without any response.This is ****************.All I want now is my refund.Its a hard lesson learnt.I don't recommend this ********** College to any one out there.
