Complaining

I am very dissatisfied, angry and disappointed by College SA regarding my studies. College SA was paid in full for an Advanced Management course including an extension fee (no expiry on course taken). Apparently they moved the course to the South African Institute of Management(SAIM), and now SAIM is no lounger offering any higher education. I went back to College SA so that we can have a way forward with my studies. Their are not willing to assist, all they want is all the proof of payment that was made in 2014, which I no longer have them because everything was done through my previous employer and the company closed had since down in 2017. All personnel that I have interacted with at that time are no longer in employment with College SA. Where must I find the pop and why would I lie about all of this. No body even bothered to respond on my last email that was sent to them. I feel that my hard work money was put in the drain which is College SA. It's like they don't owe anything I wish that I was not registered with them.
