Communication problems

I'm a new student with College SA and it has only been a bad experience so far. I'm currently waiting for my study material, and it is a month now, and I'm still waiting for it. Every time I phone College SA there is a problem and my books can't be send yet. First there was something wrong with my account and then they had to update all the study guides before they can send it. If they informed me of the problems and advised me that my books may be delayed I would've understood, but they kept me in the dark. i had to phone every time to find out that there was a problem and that my study material wasn't send yet. The problems I'm having with College SA is that there is no communication between the College and their students when a problem arises, but when it comes to month end and the students must pay their accounts they are quick to send a sms reminder.
