CollegeSA unhonourable institute

I am very upset with CollegeSa. I paid for a course with accumulated fees just under R20 000. Unfortunately, due to my work hours I could not start with my studies. And now that I request a 50% refund my request gets declined. But they are happy to send all study material so that exams can still be done. Seriously?!! After already explaining my situation with my time constraints they still think I have time to learn for exams!! Where do you see that I have the time? Because I know I don't have it.

Below the email sent to College SA. Herewith please note that I will now be taking this further via HelloPeter and with the Department of higher education. According to your email below my request for refund was declined. CollegeSA had no issue taking my money even though as I explained I have no time to complete my studies or even start with them, but when a request is put through for only 50% refund you have an issue. I was hoping you would take my circumstances into account and do the honourable thing to refund the small portion I requested - but you declined. How are people supposed to trust you as an organisition if you disregard your people who support you? This also goes against the CPA act wich states you are to deal with your clients in a fair manner, which is not the case.

I am very unhappy with your decision and request you to rethink it.
