COLLEGE SA ***** FROM POOR DESPARATE STUDENTS

College SA is *****ing from poor. I was searching for an institution that will fit my tight schedule when I saw a internet adverti*****t from college SA that students study time is unlimited. I then called college SA and they confirmed that they know EMPLOYED PARENTS have little time to study but still want to obtain qualification to advance their career , that is why their study period is unlimited. they also said they record the conversation and I can get it on request. I enrolled and they sent me study material. Problem 1: I called a tutor and tutor could not help me after16:30 and but I told them that I knock off at 16:30 and they said tutor will be able to assist. Problem 2: they sent me mail saying I cant submit assignment because I owe them yet I was up-to-date with my payments. I sent them my payments prove and said the must send me the unpaid amount, they could not because I was up-to-date but still refuse to let me submit. I got stressed. and I requested a break, College SA don't give break to students with outstanding payment but they gave me break that is prove enough that I was not owing them anything. I kept on paying my tuition to the amount above R10 000.00 I called and email trying to solve the matter with no luck. they then said my study period has expired and I was shocked because they said its unlimited time and they are the ones that caused the delay on my study. They now request that I Pay R12 000.00 in cash yet the tuition is pain in installments not in cash. They **** and said I must pay the R12,000.00 in cash then I will continue studying on email, when I called to require why in cash they said the information on email is null and void I will never continue with my course I just need to settle the total course fee but will never submit or study further, or I need to re-enroll and pay new course. I will not get my money back and I will not study. they said I signed a contract with course expiry date but they could not send it to me when I requested it because they don't have such contract, I never signed any contract with course expiry date.

I don't have money to just give to College SA and benefit nothing.
