College SA Empty promises!!

<p>BEFORE I signed up at College SA, I asked the registrar if they have sufficient Student Support/Lecturers, should one need lecturing.</p> <p>She assured me that they indeed have sufficient support, turn around time for a lecturer/tutor to phone is 48 hours.</p> <p>Im struggling for 3 weeks now, to get a tutor to phone me regarding a few questions I have on a certain subject! And everyone I speak to, says they dont understand what the problem is, they dont understand why nobody phones me.</p> <p>If the employees dont understand, how should a paying customer understand??? </p> <p> </p>
