COLLEGE SA DOES NOT ASSIST STUDENTS

This is my warning to anyone who is planning to study through College SA, please do not!! I have been with College SA for a year and half, I have had three student advisers. They submit your books to you with your assignments (these assignments do not go towards your marks they are merely to test yourself) when I asked for the answers to questions I got wrong I was first told that I needed to get above 50% for my assignments (Assignment 1- 42% Assignment 2- 45% Assignment 3- 76%) I agreed and then asked for the answers to my assignment 3 for which I received 76%, I was then told by kehkashan that it is against their company policy to give me answers. I called in to College SA and was dealt with by Mandy, not my student advisor, she told me that she couldnt assist me, and Larry was not in but she will put me through to her Manager Yolandi. Yolandi did not want to speak with me and told me to submit a complaints form. With 16 days to go until my exams and no help from College SA I would advise that no one use this company to study through. There response times are more than 48 hours, to receive assignments back they say it takes 6 days mine took 13 days. They a
