Close account& s**** monies due for course

When I arranged my studies and payment thereof with their consultant he said that I \pay as you study"I asked him to verify the meaning so that I can be sure that we are on the same page as the meaning of \""pay as you study\"" as I did not want to waste monies. According to him I could stop anytime and to not have to pay for the other subjects only the ones that I have received. I now realise that they say anything to get you to sign up and then we sit with the nonsense thereafter and nothing gets sorted out. I received my first subjects books (no other study material followed) and due to financial difficulty I could not pay for my studies as my sponsor is not prepared to assist me anymore. But I have already paid R5000.00. In the beginning of the year (after numerous emails with no response from their side) they closed the account after I mentioned that I am going to lodge a complaint on the internet. Now they want to hand me over to a Legal firm (info sms ) . I have been emailing about 5 deferent email address (every month) of Collegesa and no one is responding back. I did experience in the past that phone calls gets nowhere very fast. I would like to know that they are do"""
