Classes Started and I still cannot access the study material

So I registered with The IT Academy. It has been a very painful journey as they kept mixing me up with Engineering. After all to this was sorted, I cannot access the E-Learning material. I'm constantly on the phone or emailing Mpho who is the Software Development Coordinator who is very useless. Its now been 2 weeks and she still cannot sort out the account. The CEO Leon has been cc'ed in the emails but lacks the care to actually respond or address this matter. I'm at wits ends and need help.
