Cancellation

My daughter kim Fritz joined SA College...1st of all i had to email and phone to help me get started and how to do what she needed to...when i cancelled within the next month and the represtative who i was dealing with never sent me a cancellation form and i have sent email stateing that i will not be held responsi le for the upcoming months fees and he rep**** say i wont be reliable and did not inform me of the R500 cancellation fee...i have phoned numrous people and saying they would call me back and they dont and they dont help....now im reliable for the payments..inwhitch i think its not fair..my daughter does not work....
