CANCELLATION

I subscribed at College SA over a year ago. I then decided to cancel as I do not have time to proceed. I have not yet received any books as I did not complete the assessment yet. Which means, I have not started with anything. I've been paying them for a year though. Now I want to cancel and they telling me I must pay R8 480.00.00 to cancel. I mean really. I am cancelling. If I wanted to proceed I would have. Who pays R8 480.00 for cancellation. I am seriously disappointed. Cancel means cancel. You don't pay for the whole course if you cancel. You pay a cancellation fee. Seriously!!!
