BREACH OF CONTRACT

As of today 10 Sept 2015, I have not received my certificate (finished in April 2015) and im still due my R1100 refund, I would be embarrassed to work for College SA all they want is your money know wonder they lost their accreditation, and this \committee must decide"is unacceptable"
