Battle of receiving your certification

When it comes to issuing of certification, their communication is terrible. I called a representative and was asked to email the certificate dept. but they don’t reply to emails and when you call, they are always unavailable. Receiving your certification once you’re done with your course is a mission, I’m still waiting for feedback and to receive mine.
