Bad service / Not receiving Diploma
Ive been studying with them longer than 16 months. Submitting my assignments went all good and everything. When submitted my last assignment they say it takes up to 14 working days.
I enquired about when will I received my diploma and they said I have outstanding assignments. They sent me a list of the outstanding assignments and I sent it ALL through to them again. When requested again about my diploma still they say I have outstanding assignments and send it to them ONCE AGAIN!!! Calling them doesnt even solve the problem.
Until today I am still waiting for my Diploma. Not to mention bad service. The staff are really rude.
Its really ridiculous for paying such an amount of money and not even getting the correct service as a student. Im blocked at the moment because I need my diploma.
