BAD service in accounts department

I have requested an invoice from them a month ago - i followed up yesterday and noting - Today i phoned them and i heard the lady told Victoria - must i say you not here - and then the phone went off - cause she did not realize i was not on mute I cant believe you are so UNPROFESSIONAL - how can you treat people like that
