Bad Service

I see on the reviews for IT Academy that I am not alone in my frustration when it comes to lack of service. I signed up for a course early in Jan only to discover the course had been discontinued in June last year. When I requested to change the course to something else of equivelent monetary value, well thats when things stopped working out for me. I have yet to receive feedback and its going on 3 weeks now. When I email Edward, there is no acknowledgment nor respones to my email, I called the Company last week asking to speak to Edward only to be advised that he was busy with my query and would provide feedback but a week has gone past now and no feedback. The sad thing is that i recomended IT Academy to a family member for the efficeint service and well priced course but now i'm actually going to tell them to not bother, its not worth the effort or money. Very disappointed.
