BAD MANNERS AND BAD SERVICE!!!

This woman has been phoning me for months to speak to my son. She has his number and I have asked her nicely on numerous occassions not to contact me as I can not answer on behalf of my 24 year old son. Once again, she phoned me today, and when I started telling her the same old story, she ends the call. Bad manners and disrespectful. And they obviously cant keep records correctly and who knows what else they don't do correctly, if they can't even get contact details right!!
