Bad communication and poor service

<p>I have been struggling since the beginning of last year to resolve this matter. I've asked for study leave via my tutor whereby I requested leave forms to complete, my requests has been done via correspondence as well as telephonically.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime I've sent a mail which stated that I will assume it is done, seeing that Sheena did not get back to me on numerous requests. Since then I've cancelled as Student with College SA.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime they send and phone me for outstanding money, which I will not paid, due to Sheena who did not do as requested. Since then I’ve been trying to resolve this matter via phone and correspondence to, Victory, Noluthando and Johnny but to no avail. </p> <p> </p> <p>I still receive messages from College SA asking for outstanding money, and keep on informing them that I will not pay this, because I requested for study leave and their Employee did not do her job properly. I requested numerous times for the documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one is reverting back to me, or responding to my request instead they demand the money. The service is poor with no help; no one is willing to resolve this matter, and just close my account!!</p>
