AVOID BY ALL COSTS: **** & SPAM!
I paid for a business course with College SA in 2017. I deleat with a lady called, Desiree Fourie, she is beyond useless. She was extremely ***********. She did everything perfectly when it came to securing my banking details, however important matters like timetables and exam dates were not of great imporatnce to her. I am constantly spam called by the school, however no can give me clear answers as to when my exam dates are and so on. I emailed the school last year to find out when I would be writing. I did not recieve and answer. I was told that I had missed the exams by one lady who called me, this was despite the fact that I emailed several month before my exams were meant to commmence. I tried to speak to Desiree about the matter she just passed the buck and blamed her co-workers and everyone under the sun instead of trying to rectify the issue. I was then informed to wait for the next exam date in Feb 2018. We are nearly at the end of Feb and I have not heard anything back, this despite the fact that I am called at least 3/4 times by College SA. No one can give me the required information, yet my money is taken each month. DO NOT STUDY WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. Save yourself the headache, I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!! I have made several of your staff memebers aware of this. ALSO STOP SPAMMING ME WITH USELESS CALLS & deal with the backlog of issues you have with your clients.

Good morning Anna,
My attempts to contact you has been unsuccessful.
I have read through all correspondence between yourself and certain staff members at College SA. Your complaint is mainly surrounding the lack of information you received from College SA relating to examinations.
Before an exam sitting, exam reminders are sent out to our student reminding them of the cut off dates for upcoming exams. From the point of enrollment, exam notifications were sent to you on the following dates:
· 20 April 2017
· 27 June 2017
· 10 November 2017
We received an email from you in August last year, we could not contact you and sent an email replying to your request. Subsequent to that request we did a follow up in October where we sent you all the relevant information regarding exams. Included in the email was a summary of the exam costs, and how to correspond with ICB regarding proof of payment and relevant forms to be submitted. We also included how ICB will deliver the POE to you once you are registered for the exam.
Please note that the calls we are making to you are courtesy calls to find out how everything is going with your studies. This is a service we provide to all our students to assist them by keeping track of their studies.
Please be advised that we provided you with all relevant examination information throughout the duration of your studies. To register and write exams with ICB you have to make contact with them directly.
I do hope to hear from you soon. Please also send me a time to contact you.
Kind Regards,
Nadine
