I’ve had a really great experience with her. She’s kind, patient, and has a wonderful sense of humor that makes conversations feel light and enjoyable. When a small mistake happened, she handled it with grace because she immediately owned up to it, fixed it, and offered a sincere apology. That level of responsibility and understanding is rare and really stood out to me. Overall, she is fun to interact with, and I truly appreciate the positivity she brings.
