After some time I got my problems resolved
I had many questions and issues to resolve, I tried emailing to no avail. I recommend phoning if you need any questions or problems resolved.
They phoned me back five to six times, showing that they were concerned and wanting to sort any problems I had.
We came to a decent solution. Which lightened my day.
