Absolutely ridiculous service!Do not study with them!
I studied at College SA in 2013(paid for by the company I previously worked for-and stated on the form that I filled in) They now claim that I owe them R4000, in the mean time, when I left that said company, this was cancelled! Now I am getting ongoing calls, emails and SMS's saying that if I do not pay by the 31st my account will be handed over??? I can't for the life of me understand this! After countless emails to College SA, telling them the studies were paid for by the said company, they to date insist that I am liable for it! Do they not keep records of this?? Your institute was useless from the start!
I am very upset and will be taking this issue further! Your agents should be more educated when talking over the phone and also when responding to emails! Disgusting!
