Absolutely POOR

<p>I enrolled for the project management short course and paid in full. After I sent in my COMPLETED assignment, I received back only one marked page stating that I had not passed my course. Finally after weeks I received the fully marked assignment and I passed. Now, three months later I am still waiting for my certificate! After two days of phoning I finally had an answer that I will be waiting for another month before I will receive my certificate; which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
