24/7 Advanced support....pffffft... yeah right

<p>I am a very disappointed in the service (or no service actually) and I have not even enrolled with these guys yet . I have phoned in on Tuesday , nobody was able to take my call , left a message nobody returned my call. I attempted once more Yesterday , again nobody was available to take my call left a message once again . I have not yet received a call . All I really wanted was some information on courses offered for me and my boyfriend but seeing that I do not get any assistance I will give IT Academy a skip and find another institution to study with. It is very unfortunate actually. I am writing to you just so that you can be aware of this as I am sure I am not the only one that turns away because of this. I sure hope existing learners receive better service and support . I would really not recommend this institution to anybody...</p> <p> </p>
