I registered to study with them and the recommended time was 38 months. I have not completed and upon phoning to enquire about an extension and to request for the rest of my stud materials I was told they could not send me the materials as I did not request for them before my period expired. The lady said I'd have to pay for extension thereafter request for the material. She said I should have requested for them before the period expired. My comp!aunt is that they did not even bother to contact me and inform me of the expiry, I long completed their R70K tuition fees yet I've not received any support whatsoever from them. Now they expect me to pay more money to receive the rest of the study materials for their inadequacy in informing me. I am very upset and I absolutely refuse to pay anymore for a place that sold me false promises about supporting me in my studies and I want my materials as I've already paid for them. I will never recommend them to anyone for their lack of follow up and commitment to supporting me. Furthermore the e lady expected me to remember a conversation I had 3years ago when I signed up to study with them, who remembers such??? Very dissatisfied student!
