Happy customer

On 25 August 2026 my Defy side by side refrigerator stopped working. I phoned Cold and Hot Space through the WhatsApp number supp**** to me. The technician came out two two hours later and within 20 min identified the problem. It was the PC board of the refrigerator. He took the board with him to see if he could salvage it and said he will bring it back the next day. The next day, 26 August he told me that the board was out of stock at Defy, but he will build one up and bring it to me, which he did. He did come as promised and the refrigerator is fixed.
