Happy customer

My refrigerator did not cool and I called Cold and Hot space to have a look at it. The technician called me back to make an appointment. He was on time and told me the refrigerator need to be regassed. He did it for me on the spot and I paid him the next day. He gave me a 6 month guarantee on the work done. The refrigerator work well for three days and then did not want to cool again. I phoned the company again but sadly did not get a positive response over the weekend. Early on the Monday morning the technician phoned me and told me he was not well. However he sent out another technician who told ne that the compressor was not working. He went to the workshop and bought me a new compressor for which I paid. He came back end put it all together again. I did not pay any labour fees this time as this was covered under the six month guarantee. The refrigerator is now working as a new one.
