Needs for proper management

My husband booked a Valentine’s spa evening for us, and upon arrival the place looked absolutely beautiful , aesthetically pleasing, and perfect for pictures. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined what was meant to be a romantic experience.

The spa management seemed non-existent, and the booking system was very disorganized. Our appointment was scheduled for 18:00, but we were only assisted at 19:48 after repeatedly enquiring about our slot. The noise level especially for rooms near the reception area… this significantly affected what was supposed to be a special and relaxing evening.

Hygiene was also a concern. The massage beds were not properly prepared, and there was visible makeup on the face pillow. I had to request that the staff sanitize it first, and they appeared irritated by the request, which was disappointing and unprofessional.

If you’re looking for a place purely for beautiful photos, this spa may meet your expectations. However, if you are looking for a quality spa experience and good service, I would unfortunately recommend giving this one a pass.
