Worst nightmare.

I bought a voucher last year in October for a couples massage via Wikideals and have been struggling to redeem it since. I have tried to call them twice already and the first time they told me I can only do a booking via Whatsapp and I did, however there was no response and no confirmation of the booking. I then called them again the second time and they told me to go on whatsapp again and that is when they told me a story about their system being wiped. I tried to book again on whatsapp but still no confirmation. I have now been going back and fourth with Wikideals customer care and was advised that an agent from Coco Vogue said they were going to get in contact with me but still nothing. I am disgusted with their service and really just trying to get a refund for my money right now as I am not even sure if I still want their services anymore.

This has been and absolute nightmare and I think wikideals should just stop selling their coupons.
