Worst experience ever.

Highly disappointed.. Nobody deserves such a horrible experience. I do not recommend anyone to go to Coco Vogue spa in Tygervalley. I bought a voucher through wiki deal, I requested a date from the spa, firstly I struggled to get hold of the spa, their phone number is none existent, the number listed on their website, you will phone and it never goes through😔. I gave up on that and I tried their whatsapp( apparently thats how you make a booking with them🙄). I did that and eventually after so many attempts ,they rep**** 3 days later. Those people will ignore your whatsapp chats(even though it is their main booking system🤔). They finally rep**** 3 days later , but they said that date that I requested is not available👎, they could have just told me day 1 that that day is unavailabe. Fine I had already accepted that they take forever to reply to their "so called whatsapp". Even though I would see their whatsapp status posts, which they'd post after , they've ignored my messages to their whatsapp. Their booking systembis atotal failure, I find it absolutely absurd, I wrote them an email at some point about trying to secure an appointment. They're a terrible spa, very unprofessional with their treatment & poor booking system. It was the couple treatment , I only went to the treatment after eventually securing a date , only because my partner convinced me to go, otherwise I wouldn't have gone.. I've been to numerous spa treatments before, but I have never experienced such dysfunction such as Coco Vogue Spa.. I would never go back there again, even the massage, I asked for medium but that was so painful it felt like I chose hard. I just wanted to get out of that place. They offered that we give them a review to receive a discount on our next visit. I did not sign that because I knew I'd never go back there. I would be crazy to ever go back there.
