Wasted Money bad experience and will not recommend

⭐ 1 Star - Wasted money - Will not recommend Coco Vogue Beauty Bar Tygervalley

I really feel like I wasted money. My voucher was R400 via ***, but I ended up spending R500 extra on towels at the spa. Total R900 for a service I was not happy with at all.

Booking was a nightmare - no answer on phone or *** for a day, no confirmation, then told fully booked 2 mins after saying there is space.

On treatment day I was told to bring 2 towels, arrived and was told I need 4 (2 per person). I had to buy 2 small, thin towels for R500 (R250 each) from my treatment time. They were around 70x30cm, could not cover my body.

Room was very cold, no aircon control, heater brought halfway through. Full body massage did not include proper foot massage, just oil rubbed on. Could not get proper pressure because the****** had long nails.

The aesthetics of the place looks really nice, but the overall customer experience is not nice. While I was raising my concerns and my disappointment, the person responding had an attitude towards me, like I was the wrong one.

I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to that spa or buy a voucher for them on ***.
