Voucher Marked as Used Without My Authorization
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I purchased a voucher which, according to the terms, is valid for three months from the date of purchase. When my daughter and I initially attended, we were advised that only classic lash services were offered. This restriction was not disclosed on the website and did not meet our requirements. As a result, I informed the salon that I would be gifting the voucher to someone else.
When the recipient later attempted to use the voucher, she was informed that it had already been redeemed. This came as a complete surprise, as I had never authorized its use, nor had anyone used the service under that voucher.
I was previously advised only that refunds were not permitted. At no point was I informed that the voucher would be considered used or forfeited. To date, I have not received any explanation as to who allegedly redeemed the voucher, when it was redeemed, or on what basis it was marked as used.
I have requested clarification and escalation of the matter to the owner, but I am still awaiting a satisfactory response.
Consumers deserve transparency and accurate record-keeping, particularly where prepaid services and vouchers are concerned. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.
