Voucher ****

I had purchased 3 vouchers for my parents and Sister via wiki deals for a foot pamper at Coco Vogue. After numerous changes to the booking time for same day, Sunday, 28.12.2025, by the staff of Coco Vogue, and also requesting the vouchers to be e-mailed to them, which was done immediately, the receptionist Jason made it seem as if all was in order. When my parents and sister arrived at the venue, one of the staff members took the vouchers, made them sit down, ready to be seen to. They then returned stating that the vouchers were already redeemed and that they could not assist them. They also claimed that due to their site being hacked, they have been experiencing these problems, and these vouchers could also have been part of the ****. They are putting the onus of their problem on the customer. The deal is between Wiki deals and Coco Vogue and the customer should not be held responsible for the loss. I personally found Coco Vogue to be exceptionally unprofessional and irresponsible, as the vouchers was e-mail to them and they made my parents and sister come out to the premises only to tell them that the vouchers have already been used. They refused to return the printed vouchers which was made by my sister and they were not willing to assist in any way. I believe that this is a **** of which Coco Vogue is part of, Be aware.
