Unhygienic

I was very disappointed with the dermaplaning treatment. The blade used felt blunt and was a disposable type, which raised hygiene concerns — it clearly wasn’t a fresh, sterilised tool. This makes me question whether it had been used on previous clients without proper sanitation. Unfortunately, I experienced infected pores shortly after the treatment, which I believe was a direct result of this. I won’t be returning and a month later I'm still getting treatment for the infection.
