Unacceptable Service and Total Disregard for Clients

It genuinely pains me to write this review because I have supported this business before. However, this experience has been beyond unacceptable. I have been trying to secure a booking since December. Despite being told responses take 48 hours, I received nothing. I called repeatedly and was constantly directed to leave emails or automated chat messages — all of which were ignored. Before even receiving a service, I was already treated with complete disregard. We are now well into January, and Coco Vogue has yet to offer any apology, response, or accountability. Do not book with a business that clearly does not care how it treats its clients, especially returning ones. If service is what you claim to offer, this is a complete failure!
