Treatments are not what your paid for

I wish I did have to give them a star. The experience that I had was horrific. First , you have to take your own towels. And then when you arrived there they don't even know what your treatments are and they want to change the packages that you have bought to their liking. There was no option of the massage as per package. And our treatment was only 60 min and not 90 min as paid. They were not ready for the pedi or the mani.

I send an email to the salon , to discuss this , but no feedback yet. Worst experience of my life. Won't even recommend this to my enemies.
