I’m extremely, extremely, extremely disappointed. Safe to say the least. You guys are ridiculous. I needed to be 20min there before the time of my treatment. Couldn’t find my car keys, called an alternative to get me there with that being said I forgot my towels because I did not want to be late for my appointment was such a rush. To get there and be told to BUY TOWLES ! are use kidding me at the amount of R470!? Are you’ll mad ?! So told me you guys going to forfeit my appointment because I can purchase towels lol. Guys seriously. Get with the program and stop doing this to your clients. I’m vivid ! Went out of my way to get there. My baby was asleep in car with my alternative arrangement. Like honestly man! **** I’m ****ed off
