Terrible foot pamper

I'm writing to share my terrible experience at your establishment.

I bought the deal off wiki deals and made the booking as per the instructions.

Booking confirmed for 13:00pm on the 28th October. On the day at 12:37 I received a message from your whatsapp number stating you running a bit late and asked if I am able to come in 30minutes later, to which I agreed. My husband and I arrived at exactly 13:25 and waited.

The receptionist (I think) came and asked if I am okay with doing the foot treatment on a bed where both my husband and I will be in the same room. Confused I obviously looked at her i mean, foot pamper session on a bed?? She pointed to the stations where people were getting their feet done and it was clearly occupied. It was my husbands birthday and I had the day planned out so I was not able to sit around and wait, and so I agreed.(I mean what is the purpose of booking then)? We had to follow her (the receptionist) and leave the building.. Walked down Edward street and into another building. There we were taken into a room with 2 beds. The one bed my husband was on made these squeaky sounds all the time. I was so convinced it was just a matter of time before it beaks which it luckily hasn't. Waited on the one lady to come, and then it started at 13:50. The ladies were in and out as they had to fetch equipment and tools to do the treatment. At one point the lady came in with a small bucket of water and asked me to bend my leg so my one foot could go in. (Bearing in mind im laying ona bed and I was wearing a short dress!) At 14:20 the 'treatment' was done yet the sessions were booked for an hour.

The treatment I paid for was certainly not what my husband and i received.

The worse part about all of this is that it was my husbands birthday and his very first experience. Needless to say it will be one to remember for all the wrong reasons.

Deeply disappointed!
