Terrible Experience at Coco Vogue – Beware!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience at Coco Vogue, booked through a WIKI Deals voucher. The service was unprofessional, misleading, and far below the advertised standard. Booking Issues It took four weeks of unanswered calls and emails to secure a booking. This level of communication is unacceptable. Privacy Concerns Upon arrival, we were placed in a shared room with strangers, separated only by a thin, see-through curtain. At no point were we informed that we would share a room or that a man would be present. This arrangement was inappropriate and uncomfortable. When we complained, staff were unapologetic and hid behind a “no refund policy,” shifting blame onto us.

We were then asked to return later in the day for a private treatment room, which was highly inconvenient. Poor Quality of Service The massage was extremely painful and poorly executed. Despite requesting medium pressure, the technique remained harsh, leaving me in pain and requiring medication afterward. The head massage felt like hair pulling, and the facial treatment was ineffective. False Advertising The advertised “mocktails” were nothing more than a small serving of cordial in a champagne glass—less than half full. The so-called “gourmet chocolates” were ordinary store-bought items. This is misleading and completely unacceptable. These issues should be addressed to avoid any further complains from customers. Consumers deserve better.
