Terrible communication

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are non-responsive on WhatsApp. I made a booking 2 months ago for July and it was confirmed then. I messaged them on their WhatsApp business this morning to confirm the booking but they told me that they are full. I sent proof of the booking confirmation and they are ignoring my messages since then. Their telephone number is always busy and their voicemail is full. This place is a ****. Do not buy any Hyperli vouchers for this place.
