super bad service

i purchased 2 wiki deals massage and sushi or charcuterie platter , you time slots never available , the advertising of the platters false it is bad real bad when you see the actual platter , the drinks are real bad , they are never ontime starting their massages and finish early , you cannot even hear the relaxing music , when i wanted to postpone due to a funeral i was told the cancellation fee , remember i wanted to re-book not cance , was R150 per person , a total ******* which resulted in me having to give the vouchers away the staff are *********** , they have no idea what they doing , they are more worried about talking than to concentrate on what they doing i will never se foot there again
